Couples
Therapy
Relationships are complex and sometimes we need help navigating challenges that arise. I see couples who are struggling for a myriad of reasons: infidelity, difficulty communicating and resolving conflicts, parenting differences, a lack of intimacy and disconnection. Sometimes couples come to therapy to simply enrich and deepen their relationship. The principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy are approaches that we can effectively use to help you and your significant other reach your goals of healing and/or rediscovery.
3.
Group
Therapy
Group therapy is a powerful vehicle in which to increase support, connection, universality (the idea that someone else is going through what I am and that I am not alone), and belonging.
4.
Family
Therapy
Family therapy can help your family communicate better and resolve conflicts. Through therapy, we will work to deepen connection and meaning among family members and improve overall family functioning.

Getting Help
Whether you have been to therapy before of you are considering therapy for the first time, reaching out can be a little scary. Often asking for help is the hardest but most important step that you can take when something in your life just isn't working for you anymore.
