Group
Therapy

Group Therapy is a powerful form of therapy that works to reduce feelings of isolation and create a sense of universality ("I am not alone in this"). Group Therapy provides support and opportunities for socialization. Through group therapy, we can learn different perspectives about ourselves, others and the world.

Previous groups run include ACT On Anxiety and Stop Struggling and Start Living, Widows and Widowers Grief Group, and Parenting Effectiveness
