I have been practicing counseling and psychotherapy since 1993 after receiving a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Adler University (formerly the Adler School of Professional Psychology).Prior to completing my masters degree and reinventing myself as a clinical mental health counselor, I worked in NYC in the fashion industry. Needing something more meaningful after a traumatic loss, I returned to graduate school. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.

I have been living in Charlotte, NC since 2006. I relocated back to Charlotte from Blue Bell, PA where I spent 7 years. Having lived in Charlotte before, I was happy to return. I am originally from the Northeast (NY and NJ) but have also lived in Montreal, Quebec. I love to travel, spend time with my friends, family and dog, Lacey. One of the more unusual activities that I've tried is dogsledding!
