BILLING/INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

I currently file for benefits for a few select insurance companies, listed below.  If your insurance company is not on that list, I will provide you with a receipt, at your request, should you decide to ascertain reimbursement from your insurance company on your own.  Some health insurance companies will reimburse clients for my counseling services as an out of network provider and some will not.  Those that do reimburse usually require that a standard amount be paid by you before reimbursement is allowed.  In addition, only a company representative can determine whether you will be reimbursed and what schedule of reimbursement will be used.  However, please remember that you, and not your insurance company, are responsible for payment.
